Sunderland Psychological Wellbeing Service (IAPT): provides assessments and a range of treatments for people with common mental health problems. These may include: Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, (OCD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Post- Traumatic Stress, Panic.   We see adults from the age of 16 upwards and there is no upper age limit.   Interventions include: computerised CBT, guided self help via telephone or internet, 1-1 therapy via telephone or internet.   Self referral via website at: http://sunderlandiapt.co.uk/self-referral/   By phone: 0191 566 5454
