My Black Dog is a charity that offers peer-to-peer support for people who are struggling with their mental health. All of our volunteers are people who have lived experiences of their own mental health battles and understand what you are going through.We are FREE and ONLINE via our chat service every day. When you don't know who to talk to, talk to someone who gets it.
Whether you want a quick chat or more focused help, our trained team is here to help under 25s and young people with their mental health, relationships, work life, school life, depression and any other issues all year round. You can call us between 4pm and 11pm every day, email us, chat one-to-one online, sign up for free counselling or text our 24/7 crisis line.
