Step Forward Tees Valley

Step Forward Tees Valley aims to support people into work or training. We can provide one-to-one and group support (where appropriate) in the following areas: Mental health and well-being Digital skills Financial support Volunteering and training Employment support Each participant will be assigned a Navigator who will help by creating an individual plan after identifying the support needed in an initial assessment. Navigators will be the participant’s point of contact for their time on the programme and will always be there to provide support.
