Northumberland Learning Disability Community Treatment Team provides specialist psychiatry/psychology/Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) assessment and interventions for adults with learning disabilities and their families and carers who are experiencing mental health problems and/or behaviours which challenge others. They offer a range of services including scaffolding and augmenting of mainstream services who are working with PWLD, teaching and training, service provider training, consultation clinics, as well as formulation driven specialist individual and family assessments and interventions.
